Corvallis Housing First (CHF)

 

We provide housing for people experiencing homelessness, generally those who need ongoing help or who have been homeless more than once or for a year or more. Currently, we are only taking referrals through partner agencies. 

If you are facing homelessness, there are a number of places you can get help in our community. Not all of them are listed here, but these agencies can help refer you to other resources you might need need:

Unity Shelter

Unity Shelter includes programs that share its mission to “Provide Safe Shelter Through Collaborative Care”. Programs such as The Mens Shelter, SafePlace, Room at the Inn and Third Street Commons provide emergency shelter and transitional housing in a trauma-informed setting.

Corvallis Daytime Drop-In Center

The drop-in center is located at 530 SW 4th Street in downtown Corvallis and is open weekdays. They offer a variety of services to meet immediate needs like getting ID, completing paperwork, getting a job, help with prescriptions and more – https://corvallisddc.org/en/

Community Outreach, Inc. (COI)

Located at 865 NW Reiman Ave. Corvallis, and open Monday-Friday. Community Outreach’s Transformational Housing program provides on-site housing for men, women, and families, including veterans and young adults. While in housing, clients receive direct case management services, access to mental health and addiction treatment services, and life skills training. COI also offers a medical services for people without health insurance, mental health and alcohol and drug counseling, and onsite childcare. Community Services Consortium (CSC)

CSC provides services focus on essential day-to-day survival, such as food and housing, as well as developing new skills that lead to independence through education, training, and work. Benton County Health Services

Benton County provides medical serivices, mental health counseling and assessment, alcohol and drug treatment, help signing up for Oregon Health Plan, and more. Meal Sites and Food Banks

Stone Soup

Stone Soup provides a full meal each day to any person in need. All are welcome to come and eat. No identification or qualification is required. Stone Soup sirve comidas gratis a todos los que necesitan. No se requiere ni identificación, ni prueba de ingreso.
